Hey, I'm Aylin!

A few years ago, I was doing everything "right": low-fat diets, endless cardio, counting every calorie.

My waist shrank – but my legs hardly changed. I felt ashamed, confused, and blamed myself.

After years of experimenting, investing in coaching, and studying women's health and nutrition, I finally got my diagnosis: lipedema, stage 1
